Change plan
Open the Billing page in your product dashboard (eSMS Mail or eSMS Links), choose a new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; the change is prorated.
Cancel
Click Cancel plan on the Billing page. Your account drops to no plan at the end of the flow — for eSMS Links your existing links keep working, and for eSMS Mail your sending pauses until you resubscribe.
You can re-subscribe at any time and your saved card makes it a one-click restore.
