Automatic top-up keeps your SMS wallet funded so campaigns and OTPs never stall for lack of balance. When your balance drops below a threshold you set, we reload it from your saved card.

Set it up

  • Make at least one card top-up first — that saves a reusable card on file.
  • Open Account → Payments and find Automatic top-up.
  • Set the threshold (reload when the balance falls below this) and the reload amount (how much to add), pick your currency, and save.

How charging works

We check your balance as you send. When it dips below your threshold, we charge your saved card the reload amount and credit your wallet — with a short cooldown so you're never charged twice in quick succession. Every auto top-up appears in your payment history with a receipt.

Turn it off

Open Automatic top-up and choose Turn off at any time.

You'll find it on the Payments tab of your account.
