What the limits mean
- Short links / month and QR codes / month are how many you can create each calendar month (500 / 50 on Starter, up to unlimited on Enterprise).
- Clicks are always unlimited on every plan.
- Higher tiers add branded domains, deeper analytics, team members, webhooks and white-label.
Hitting a limit
If you reach your monthly creation limit, your existing links keep working and tracking clicks — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade or the next month begins. Check your current usage any time on the Billing page.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page; changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
