Contact lists

Upload a CSV under Contacts. Include a phone column and any variables (name, city, etc.). You can then send a campaign to the whole list.

Personalisation

Use template variables like #name# in your message. Each recipient gets a personalised SMS: "Hi #name#, your order is ready." This dramatically improves engagement on promotional campaigns.
