Add extra columns to your CSV (for example name or balance) and reference them in your message with merge fields:
Hi {{name}}, your balance is {{balance}}. Reply STOP to opt out.Each recipient gets their own personalised message. Personalised SMS consistently outperform generic blasts. Keep the final length in mind — long values can push a message into a second segment.
