1. Open the SMS dashboard and go to Bulk / Campaigns.
  2. Upload your recipients as a CSV (one phone number per row, in international format like +254712345678).
  3. Write your message and pick your Sender ID.
  4. Review the recipient count and estimated cost, then send — or schedule it for later.

Track delivery in real time and download a CSV report when it's done. Keep messages within one 160-character segment where possible to control cost.
