eSMS Workspace shows native desktop notifications — for example when new email arrives — and an aggregated unread badge on the dock (macOS/Linux) or a taskbar overlay (Windows).
Enabling them
Notifications are allowed automatically for eSMS services. If you don't see them, check that notifications are enabled for eSMS Workspace in your operating system's notification settings, and that Do Not Disturb / Focus is off.
