Download your data

  • Open Account → Security.
  • Under Data & privacy, choose Export.

You'll get a JSON file containing your profile, your transaction history and your recent sign-in sessions. JSON opens in any text editor and imports cleanly into spreadsheets and other tools.

What's included

  • Profile — name, email, phone, country, company, plan and whether 2FA is on.
  • Transactions — every payment with amount, currency, status and reference.
  • Sign-in sessions — device, IP and time for recent logins.
