eSMS Mail records opens and clicks automatically for API-sent HTML email.
How it works
- Opens — a tiny invisible pixel is added to your HTML; when the recipient's client loads it, we record an
openevent. - Clicks — links in your HTML are wrapped so a click is recorded and then redirected to the real destination, instantly.
Where to see it
Per-email opens/clicks show in Logs; aggregate open and click rates show in Analytics. You can also receive open and click events via webhooks.
Notes
Open tracking depends on the recipient loading images, so open rates are directional, not exact. Privacy features (e.g. Apple Mail Privacy Protection) can inflate opens. Clicks are the more reliable engagement signal.
