Sending to addresses that bounce or complain damages your sender reputation. eSMS Mail manages this for you.

What gets suppressed

  • Hard bounces — the address doesn't exist or permanently rejected the mail. It's added to your suppression list automatically.
  • Complaints — the recipient marked your mail as spam.

What suppression does

Future sends to a suppressed address are skipped before they ever leave the platform, so you stop hitting dead mailboxes and spam traps. This is per-account.

Best practice

Let people unsubscribe easily, remove inactive recipients, and never re-add addresses that bounced. A clean list is the cheapest deliverability insurance there is.
