Getting to the inbox is about trust. Here's the checklist that matters most.
1. Authenticate
Verify your domain so SPF, DKIM and DMARC all pass. See domain verification.
2. Keep your list clean
eSMS Mail automatically suppresses hard bounces and complaints. Never send to purchased lists — one spam trap can hurt the shared sending reputation. See bounces & suppression.
3. Warm up
Ramp volume gradually on a new domain. Sudden spikes look like spam to mailbox providers.
4. Send wanted, relevant mail
Clear from names, a real subject, a plain-text alternative, and an unsubscribe link on marketing mail. Avoid spammy words and link shorteners.
5. Watch your metrics
Monitor bounce and complaint rates in Analytics. Rising bounces are an early warning; fix the source before reputation drops.
