A delivery report (DLR) tells you what happened to each message after you sent it. eSMS Africa records DLRs for both API and SMPP traffic so you always know your delivery rate.
Common statuses
- Submitted — accepted by the gateway.
- Sent — handed to the operator.
- Delivered — confirmed on the handset.
- Failed / Undeliverable — rejected (invalid number, barred, no route).
You can view live delivery status in the dashboard and download full reports as CSV per bind or per month.
