Getting started with eSMS Africa takes minutes. Our onboarding page lets you request SMS (HTTP API) or a high-throughput SMPP connection, and our team gets you live — usually within one business day.
What you'll need
- Your company name and a work email.
- The countries you plan to send to.
- Your estimated monthly SMS volume and use case (OTP, alerts, marketing).
- For SMPP: your required throughput, sender IDs, and the server IP addresses to whitelist.
How onboarding works
- Open esmsafrica.io/onboard and pick SMS or SMPP.
- Fill in your details and submit — our team is notified instantly.
- We provision your account, register your Sender IDs, and (for SMPP) whitelist your IPs on port 2775.
- You receive your API key or SMPP bind details by email and start sending.
