How do I check message delivery status?

Every message returns a delivery report (DLR) with its final status: submitted, delivered, failed or expired.

Two ways to track

• Message lookup: query a message by its ID via the API or dashboard.
• Webhooks: configure a DLR URL in Settings → Webhooks and we POST status updates in real time.

DLRs preserve the underlying operator status codes, so you get full visibility for reconciliation and analytics.
