Branded domains let your short links use your own hostname — for example go.yourbrand.com/launch instead of go.esmsafrica.io/launch. This builds trust and reinforces your brand. Branded domains are available on Business plans and above.

Set it up

  1. Open Domains and click Add domain. Enter a subdomain you control (e.g. go.yourbrand.com).
  2. We give you a TXT record to add at your DNS provider. Copy it in.
  3. Once DNS has propagated (usually a few minutes), click Verify.
  4. When verification succeeds, we provision an HTTPS certificate for your host automatically.

Using it

After a domain is verified, choose it from the Domain dropdown when creating a link. Professional and Enterprise plans support multiple branded domains.
